First tournament of the 2015 season was on Lake Sinclair in Milledgeville, GA. Cold, cold, cold pretty much sums it up. Water temps had dropped as well as the air temps for several days ahead of the tournament along with gale force winds too. Typical tournament weather!
Congrats to Ricky Willis and Troy Thiel who caught the best 7 fish weighing 9.69 lbs.  They also won the big fish with a 1.88 lbs. slab. They longline trolled and shot a few docks. They are now leading the Points Champions Race.
2nd place was Randy Temples and Ricky Burgamy with 8.94 lbs. 3rd place went to Ron Wallace and Tim Werkin with 7.69 lbs.  Robert Huff and Tommy Huff managed to catch 6.98 lbs. to take 4th place.  5th place was the Adult/Youth team of Paul Johnson and Greg Hanson and Jackson Hanson.
Appreciate those who came to compete and those who came out to watch too.  The help during the signup and weigh-in is greatly appreciated.  The weather made it unpleasant for everyone.  Hopefully more will get involved when the weather improves.
Next tournament is on Oconee February 28th.
